The Lost City Adventure Golf Hull Ticket Portal

FAQs / Help

Do I need to book?

You can either book online or turn up and pay on the door.

We have one queue for all ticket types so online tickets do not include a queue jump but you’ll save 10% on food & drink during your visit as well as receiving a discount for your next visit.

How long does it take to play?

1 course (18 holes) takes around 45 minutes and both courses (36 holes) takes around 90 minutes.

During busy times (generally weekend afternoons and school holidays), please allow extra time for queuing to the admissions desk.

If you’ve opted to play 2 courses, you’re welcome to have a drink and food in the Tiki Bar in between playing the courses.

What ages it is suitable for?

We have a range of putter sizes so our adventure golf is suitable for anyone aged between 3 and 103

Do children need to be accompanied by an adult?

Yes, we ask that any child 12 years or younger be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Is The Lost City wheelchair accessible?

Yes, our courses are wheelchair (and pushchair) friendly. This does depend on the type and style of each wheelchair and, due to the nature of mini golf, the flooring can be uneven in places and some of the corners are quite tight but all the holes have dipped curbs to allow for easier access on and off the greens. If you have any questions, please get in touch with the team who will be happy to talk you through accessibility.

Do you have baby changing facilities?

Yes our toilets have dedicated baby changing facilities and we have high chairs in the Tiki bar for customer use.

Do you have toilets?

Yes, toilets are situated at the back of our Tiki bar.

Do you serve food?

Yes our Tiki Bar serves freshly made pizzas all day. The bar also stocks some sweet treats and snacks, as well as a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

Is there parking?

Yes.  The Lost City customers can enjoy FREE parking after 5.30pm and HALF PRICE parking in the St Stephen's car park before 5.30pm.

We're also right next door to the main bus station and rail station in Hull so have plenty of public transport links.

There’s also several other carparks close to St Stephens and there are excellent bus, train and taxi links just a few steps from St Stephens.

Do I need to bring my own putter and golf ball?

No, we provide everything…just turn up and play! All our putters and balls are fully sanitised between players.

Do you have anywhere for me to put my coat and bag?

Yes, we have trolleys you can take around the course with you
